Hello and Welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor and I hold a masters degree from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio in counseling with special focus on pastoral counseling and addiction. I identify as a secular therapist with a deep reverence for all of the world's religions. I have experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings with both mental health and Substance abuse. I have experience teaching college level classes in Chemical Dependency and human services and teaching psycho-therapeutic yoga and mindfulness both in inpatient and outpatient settings. My passion is for helping and empowering others and I utilizes the NeuroAffective Relational Model of psychotherapy. I am also a trained cognitive behavioral therapist and I'm trained at teaching yoga for trauma and emotional resilience. I believe that therapy is a creative process where you are the artist, the author and the expert of your own life.
